Travel Club! (NEW!)
 
This club gives SQL students a chance to travel around the globe and learn about places far away! Students will be given an opportunity to learn about geography, and new languages, and will experience new and exciting cultures that help make our world so beautiful!   
 
Travel Club is for students in grades 1 - 4, limited to 20 students, and the fee is $60 with an addition $10 fee for supplies.  Instructor is Mrs. Strand, and the club will be held in Room 26. 
 
Travel Club is on Friday's, 3:30 - 4:30pm: 
January 10, 17, 24, and 31
February 7 and 21
 
No Club on February 14th, it is an early dismissal date.  Snow date is February 27th.
 

 

 

Fee for Parents: $70 ($10 is a fee for materials students will get to keep at the end of the class)

 

Students may bring a nut-free snack to have before or during the class.

  *Please note: PTO Scholarship Funds available: No student should be denied access to SQL Clubs and Activities due to financial hardship. Please reach out to Marisa Nelson (SQL Social Worker) mnelson@simsburyschools.net, or your homeroom teacher if you feel you may need scholarship help for this activity. All requests will be kept confidential!
