Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Ski Club will be limited to 50 participants this year. We will provide 2 buses with 25 students on each bus (50% capacity). Please note that the transportation costs are higher this year because we can only operate the buses at 50% capacity.
There will be a waitlist for anyone interested beyond the first 50. If I receive 25 participants on the waitlist, we will offer a third bus.
The first 50 participants will be guaranteed a spot, as long as their signed forms and full payment are received by October 15.
Please print and fill out pages 3, 4, 7, 8, 9 from the attached Ski Club packet to submit with your payment.
Send these filled out pages and payment to school with your child in an envelope addressed to PTO c/o SQL Ski Club.
If we do not receive your forms and payment by October 15, your spot will be offered to someone on the waitlist.
