Be Well Club — Fall 2025
A hands-on intro to healthy habits: real food, movement, sleep, feelings, and friendships—plus a nutritious, nut-free snack each week.

Grades K–2 (older welcome)
Thursdays • 3:30–4:30 PM

What we’ll do
Be Well Club explores the basics of lifelong wellness. We’ll emphasize fueling our bodies with real foods and include a nutritious, nut-free snack each week.
Topics include:
- Food & nutrition (fresh fruits/veggies, reading labels)
- Movement (yoga and fun exercises)
- Sleep (why rest matters)
- Feelings (simple stress-management)
- Friendships (positive social connections)
Snacks rotate based on produce availability. Please share any allergies or dietary restrictions.
When & Where
Thursdays from 3:30–4:30 PM in room ***. At dismissal, Ms. Lidestri will walk students to the front of the school for pickup.
