A hands-on intro to healthy habits: real food, movement, sleep, feelings, and friendships—plus a nutritious, nut-free snack each week.

What we’ll do

Be Well Club explores the basics of lifelong wellness. We’ll emphasize fueling our bodies with real foods and include a nutritious, nut-free snack each week.

Topics include:

  • Food & nutrition (fresh fruits/veggies, reading labels)
  • Movement (yoga and fun exercises)
  • Sleep (why rest matters)
  • Feelings (simple stress-management)
  • Friendships (positive social connections)

Snacks rotate based on produce availability. Please share any allergies or dietary restrictions.

When & Where

Thursdays from 3:30–4:30 PM in room ***. At dismissal, Ms. Lidestri will walk students to the front of the school for pickup.

* No club: October 2 (school holiday)

Cost & Capacity

Fee: $100 (covers weekly snacks). Max: 12 students.
